Oceanus ClearView produces documentation from the configuration data of your IBM FileNet applications. This documentation provides a holistic picture of your IBM FileNet applications across the range of engines and components. A single source of truth for your IBM FileNet system which simplifies the management and growth of your ECM solutions.
It allows you to take snapshots of your system configuration by extracting and uploading application relevant configuration documents. This data is used to produce documentation of the configuration in an offline, complete, portable and user understandable format. You can review the output, analyse it for configuration errors or inconsistencies, and compare it with other configurations.
Oceanus ClearView will analyse release 3.x and 4.x versions of the IBM FileNet P8 platform and supports the IBM FileNet Content Engine, IBM FileNet Process Engine and IBM FileNet Application Engine configurations. Process definitions, InfoSphere Enterprise Records (formerly called FileNet Records Manager) and IBM FileNet Business Process Framework extensions are available to provide a complete view of your application and system details.
