Bank of New York Mellon continue to expand their use of Oceanus' Case Management Solution within their Transfer Agency business, acquiring a further 85 CMS Process licences.
These licences will be used to support the processing of cases associated with new Management Companies that have selected BNYM as their business partner. The majority of the new users will be based in BNYM’s processing centre in Pune, India.
