Mar 09 - Successful CMS upgrade at Zurich International Solutions

Zurich International Solutions (ZIS), part of Zurich Financial Services, has office locations in the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Hong Kong, London, Luxembourg, the Middle East and Zurich. Its primary business is the provision of insurance-based solutions for expatriates and international investors, as well as employers and organisations seeking international employee group benefits schemes.

ZIS first implemented Oceanus' Case Management Solution (CMS) to manage its cases and documents in 2001. They have underlined their continued commitment to Oceanus by upgrading to the latest release - CMS v. 3.1. The new version provides increased functionality, performance and resilience and provides access to cases and documents to the regional Zurich offices around the world.
