After noticing a gap in the market for a range of user-friendly document and case management solutions for customer management, the team set up Oceanus in 1996. We set about tailoring a product which would be built on an industry-leading robust and scalable platform yet quick to implement and backed up with a richer portfolio of support services. Over the years the company has positioned itself as a key player in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) market. We now have a worldwide client base, serving customers in all sorts of industries, such as finance, telecommunications, utilities and insurance.
