January 2012
The acquisition by Integritie greatly strengthens the depth of products
and services we are able to provide our joint customers, enhancing our
combined IBM FileNet, Content Management, IBM Records Management, and
Image Capture integrated technical resources and solution offerings.
Oceanus was set up because of the insight of three former employees of FileNet UK. After noticing a gap in the market for a range of user-friendly document and case management solutions for customer management, the team set up Oceanus in 1996. We set about tailoring a product which would be built on an industry-leading robust and scalable platform yet quick to implement and backed up with a richer portfolio of support services. Over the years the company has positioned itself as a key player in the
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and
Business Process Management (BPM) market. We now have a worldwide client base, serving customers in all sorts of industries, such as finance, telecommunications, utilities and insurance.
Oceanus has developed a reputation for successfully delivering ECM and Case Management solutions using proven methodologies which deliver Return-on-Investment early, but scale to many users, departments and geographies. Oceanus is poised to make significant growth in the future.
